This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Examine intricate data sets to uncover pricing insights, identify bid support requirements, and recognize commercial trends.
• Enhance pricing and bid strategies through the analysis of sales performance, pricing trends, deal results, and competitive factors.
• Demonstrated capability to assess cost structures, pricing models, margins, and rebates to enhance profitability and optimize commercial outcomes.
• Assist in large and complex bids by scrutinizing pricing structures, margins, rebates, and associated risk factors.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, finance, and procurement teams to aid in bid development and pricing recommendations.
• Utilize reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to evaluate pricing performance, profitability, and bid results.
• Ensure accurate documentation, analysis, and supporting materials are maintained within structured processes emphasizing compliance, precision, and auditability.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to develop innovative solutions for sales transformation.
• Establish systems for capturing, assessing, and prioritizing innovative ideas within the sales organization.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support considerations for product, pricing, funding, and availability in complex opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales technology, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of sales technology stack, CRM systems, and emerging sales tools.
• Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert complex data into clear pricing and business recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced in using Power BI and other reporting tools to analyze large data sets and derive business insights.
• Capability to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations that enhance bid strategy, pricing decisions, and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present analytical results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative improvement processes.
• Ability to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within diverse teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple analyses, bids, and stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with precision and attention to detail.
