• Oversee project management, execute tasks, and plan effectively.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align processes.
• Take ownership and enhance vital analytics tools.
• Create scalable, data-driven solutions that facilitate exception-based management and enable quicker, more precise decision-making.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Design predictive analytics to inform long-term inventory performance.
• Ensure operational excellence through comprehensive reporting, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs.
• Develop and design sophisticated analytics models and the necessary tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory and procurement processes.
• Manage and improve the Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR.
• Create tools for new business initiatives and improve existing operations.
• Automate tools to minimize errors.
• Assist in data collection to support full-scale automation efforts.
• Address business insights requests and tooling needs within the defined service level agreement (SLA).
• Track inventory levels and performance using advanced data analytics techniques.
• Generate predictive analytics models that support inventory metrics for over one year into the future.
• Offer data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory-related decisions.
• Articulate business drivers in monetary terms rather than just count metrics.
• Enhance FC Labor Planning and Fulfillment Operations through analytics and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Anticipate and highlight OTS and Labor Spend at the daily FC level.
• Mentor junior analytics professionals.
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment among teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience in constructing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and DAX is a plus.
