This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Evaluate integrated marketing and customer journey datasets to identify the factors influencing success or failure in alignment with client strategies, and provide clear recommendations for a non-technical audience based on this data.
• Develop machine learning models (using scikit-learn, XGBoost) and conduct statistical experiments (control vs. exposed, MAB) to validate, forecast, and pinpoint factors affecting marketing outcomes.
• Investigate and master new analytics datasets and tools, assisting clients in understanding how these can enhance insights and optimization.
• Create, construct, and instruct clients on reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for ongoing client services (including Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint).
• Present and discuss analyses with internal stakeholders and clients, tailoring content for various audiences.
• Develop and uphold data architecture documentation to ensure clarity among teams regarding which datasets are authoritative and their origins.
• Guide junior analytics team members to foster their continuous development, promoting both creativity and structured thinking.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (including Pandas) for analytics and machine learning tasks.
• Experience in statistical modeling and experimental design, including randomized control designs, regression modeling, decision tree/random forest classification, or other machine learning methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, social sciences, or a related field, with substantial exposure to data analysis.
• Capacity to excel in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting where analytics engages closely with tech, creative, and execution teams.
• Naturally inquisitive and eager to acquire new skills and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as this is a client-facing analytics position.
