• Lead client-facing communication campaigns, strategizing, reviewing campaign insights, and providing storytelling interpretations of data.
• Collaborate with clients to identify key business challenges and design analytic and testing plans that yield actionable intelligence.
• Oversee campaign performance and reporting insights, while suggesting optimization opportunities (e.g., launching additional channels, refining targeting strategies, proposing new analyses to address client challenges and objectives).
• Assess model performance across revenue, performance metrics, and pacing.
• Design and conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of models and features.
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that measurement tools and products are suitable for tackling client business challenges.
• Create innovative measurement tools and solutions.
• Advise clients on the development and alignment of marketing programs across online channels.
• Establish setup parameters, including testing methodologies, reporting needs, and optimization modeling requirements, to maximize the impact and efficiency of optimization efforts. Participate in internal discussions to ensure successful campaign setups.
• Communicate optimization results to clients, demonstrating value against initial business objectives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables.
• Background in digital media or programmatic analytics.
• Experience in compiling audience insights reports.
• Familiarity with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex technical features for diverse audiences.
• An individual with a keen interest in media and strategy and the ability to convey concepts contextually to clients.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing among several high-profile clients.
• Highly creative with a strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and driven.
• Eager to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
