Senior Analyst, AI & Prompting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of the AI innovation roadmap in conjunction with the company’s overall digital transformation strategy.

• Deliver high-impact AI use cases that encompass service and product automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

• Create AI solutions by designing advanced agents and prompts, and integrating them with existing systems and operational processes.

• Ensure that AI models and solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and developed ethically.

• Adhere to SitusAMC’s standard AI development protocols and procedures.

• Engage in quality assurance, volume, and bias testing of agents, including the creation of test plans.

• Develop repeatable models that can be duplicated across the organization to create efficiencies.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance products, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making through AI-driven insights.

• Assist business personnel in advancing AI initiatives.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 2-4 years of industry and/or pertinent experience, typically at an Analyst level or an external equivalent.

• A strategic mindset that aligns product decisions with the organization's strategy.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization methodologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Real estate experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Annual full-time base salary ranging from $52,000.00 to $85,000.00.
