Senior Analyst – AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Architect, create, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that meet client business needs.

• Assist in AI Enablement Initiatives: Engage throughout the entire lifecycle of client AI projects, from initial discovery to deployment and adoption.

• Promote AI Training and Skill Development: Aid non-technical users in comprehending, utilizing, and deriving value from new AI solutions.

• Enhance AI Tool Proficiency and Teach Back: Investigate and assess new AI tools and frameworks to maintain industry relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of pertinent experience in a technical consulting, AI engineering, or professional services setting; or equivalent hands-on experience in building and implementing AI solutions.

• Practical experience in developing AI agents and assistants using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and API integration; knowledge of JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.

• Experience with APIs, knowledge bases, and both structured and unstructured data as inputs for AI solutions.

• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot Studio.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of articulating AI technology clearly to non-technical audiences while maintaining accuracy.

• Comfortable engaging in stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions; skilled at converting pain points into structured requirements and actionable AI opportunities.

• At ease working one-on-one with business users to comprehend workflows and prototype AI solutions.

• Self-motivated and organized; adept at managing multiple workstreams with competing demands.

• Genuine curiosity with a proven capacity to learn rapidly in a rapidly changing AI environment.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; solid working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
