📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for AI-driven solutions.

• Translate business demands into clear specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Support the design of journeys, business rules, and use cases.

• Collaborate with product, technology, UX, and operations teams.

• Participate in the validation of deliveries, functional testing, and approvals.

• Document processes, workflows, functionalities, and rules associated with the solutions.

• Assist in tracking backlog and prioritizing demands.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and experiences supported by AI.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner (PO), Business Analyst (BA), or a similar role.

• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• A collaborative mindset and problem-solving orientation.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Interest or experience in projects involving Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience with generative AI projects, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

• Familiarity with conversational flows and digital journeys.

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar.

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation.

• Experience with functional testing and approval processes.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, data, or indicators.
