This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate airport projects.
• Oversee the daily execution of TSA checkpoint construction and systems integration tasks.
• Propel projects to successful completion while adhering to schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Anticipate and address issues that may affect project delivery.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact between TSA, airport authorities, contractors, designers, and project teams.
• Promote communication among various stakeholders to sustain project momentum.
• Support project meetings, reporting, and progress evaluations.
• Ensure all work aligns with applicable federal, state, local, and airport regulations.
• Assess construction methods and design alternatives to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Confirm adherence to TSA Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG) standards.
• Direct daily operations of contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Monitor quality assurance, safety, schedule compliance, and construction progress.
• Identify risks promptly and implement corrective measures.
• Utilize expertise in airport construction practices, including electrical infrastructure, seismic considerations, floor loading requirements, rigging and equipment installation, and operational impacts within active airport environments.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of project management experience, including a minimum of two years managing projects in an airport setting.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders on large infrastructure projects.
• Background in supervising field personnel and subcontractors.
• Experience in resolving compliance issues with federal, state, and local authorities.
• Comprehensive understanding of airport construction practices, processes, and operational constraints, including electrical systems, seismic requirements, rigging, and floor loading considerations.
• Familiarity with the TSA Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG).
