Senior AI/ML Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven features and systems within a contemporary .NET framework.

• Take charge of the technical direction for AI/ML components, encompassing architecture, model integration, and performance enhancement.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to define the roadmap for AI-enhanced capabilities.

• Assess and incorporate LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and other advanced AI methodologies into production workflows.

• Set a standard by producing high-quality code, adhering to robust engineering practices, and making informed technical decisions.

• Promote experimentation, prototyping, and swift iterations to validate AI-enhanced product concepts.

• Ensure that AI systems are dependable, observable, and maintainable in production settings.

• Guide engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Strong background in .NET engineering with experience in developing production-quality systems.

• Proven experience delivering AI/ML features in production environments, beyond mere experimentation or theoretical understanding.

• Practical experience in integrating LLMs, model APIs, vector databases, or ML pipelines.

• Capability to influence architectural decisions, product direction, and long-term technical strategy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in high-autonomy settings.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing, or consulting environments is advantageous.
