• **About the Role** We are in search of a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Tech AI/ML Product Manager with extensive knowledge in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, along with Product Management experience.
• You will be responsible for defining and constructing a top-tier job discovery and matching engine that connects users to the most suitable roles for them, on a large scale.
• You will lead the strategy, discovery, and implementation of AI-driven features, concentrating on matching, ranking, and personalization systems.
• The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial thinker with an engineering mindset, capable of developing rapid prototypes, making decisive choices with incomplete data, and persistently driving measurable results.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• **Strategy & Ownership:** Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features (JobHunt Engine). Assume complete ownership of the product lifecycle from hypothesis formulation to scaled impact, focusing on business outcomes, not merely model performance.
• **ML Product Leadership:** Convert business challenges into ML hypotheses and solutions. Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to outline data requirements, evaluation frameworks (evals, RAG, agents), model monitoring, and delivery processes.
• **Hypothesis Validation & Experimentation:** Design and implement rapid, pragmatic validation cycles. Develop clear hypotheses (Problem → Mechanism → Impact → Metric), select the appropriate validation method (A/B test, shadow model, phased rollout), and make data-informed go/no-go decisions amidst uncertainty. Be resourceful and effective even with limited data or infrastructure.
• **Structured Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking to break down complex, ambiguous issues. Eliminate distractions, prioritize what is truly significant, and create simple, effective solutions first.
• **Cross-Functional Execution:** Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams. Convey intricate ML concepts clearly and align stakeholders on objectives, trade-offs, and progress.
• **Expected Outcomes**
• **First 3 Months**
• Establish a baseline measurement of job supply coverage across the U.S. market, including companies listed in the NASDAQ-100.
• Achieve a **50%** increase in the percentage of users successfully finding a job through the platform, driven by enhancements in matching logic and job relevance.
• **First 6 Months**
• Broaden job vacancy coverage in the U.S. market, reaching up to **80% coverage of NASDAQ-100 companies** and increasing overall coverage by **30%**.
• Deliver a significant upgrade to the resume enhancement feature.
• Increase the percentage of users successfully finding a job through our platform by 3×.
• **12 Months**
• Further enhance U.S. job vacancy coverage, achieving a **50% increase** in coverage of NASDAQ-100 companies compared to the 6-month baseline.
• Double the matching success rate, measured as the percentage of matched vacancies deemed relevant by users.
• Enhance the **application-to-offer conversion rate by 50%**, directly influencing the core business outcome — successful employment.
• **Technical & ML Expertise:**
• Profound understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).
• Practical experience in building and scaling AI-powered features (matching, ranking, personalization).
• Familiarity with contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, model monitoring.
• Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows with ML engineering teams.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer position.
• **Product Development:**
• **5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role,** ideally in a data-intensive or ML-focused domain (HRTech experience is highly advantageous).
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and rigorously validate product/ML hypotheses using statistical methods (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).
• Capacity to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make well-informed decisions.
