Senior AI/ML Flex Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify, assess, and cultivate AI/ML opportunities within US Major Accounts.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops focused on AI/ML.

• Design and prototype foundational AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts that illustrate business value.

• Act as the technical liaison between customers and the central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams.

• Consolidate customer feedback and emerging requirements.

• Provide insights to internal teams and customers regarding the competitive landscape and AI/ML industry trends.

• Enhance sales momentum through active AI-assisted development of MVPs and functional prototypes.

• Oversee the rapid technical creation of tailored AI/ML prototypes to achieve technical victories and influence regional usage.

• Offer technical assistance and capacity support for regional SE teams during complex AI/ML sales processes.

• Create and present AI/ML training materials and technical instructions for the US Majors SE organization.

• Document successful solution patterns and best practices in a centralized knowledge repository.

• Travel up to 30–40% to support essential customer engagements across designated regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with AI/ML concepts, encompassing data preparation, supervised and unsupervised model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Possess Level 200–300 AI/ML technical expertise.

• Capability to design resilient AI/ML solutions.

• Proficiency in discussing common AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.

• Skill in implementing standard MLOps pipelines.

• Ability to translate AI/ML experience into customer solutions for Snowflake.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to clarify complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.

• Adherence to Snowflake confidentiality and security policies.

• Competence in securely and confidentially handling sensitive customer data.
