This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with regional Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify, qualify, and cultivate AI/ML opportunities within U.S. Major Accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and AI/ML workshops.
• Design and prototype foundational AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts that showcase business value.
• Act as the technical liaison between clients and central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback along with emerging requirements.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and track trends in the AI/ML industry.
• Boost sales through hands-on AI-assisted development of MVPs and functional prototypes.
• Lead the rapid technical development of customized AI/ML prototypes to achieve technical wins and influence regional usage.
• Provide technical support and capacity enhancement to regional SE teams during complex AI/ML sales cycles.
• Create and present AI/ML training materials and technical guidance for the U.S. Major Accounts SE organization.
• Document solution patterns and best practices in a centralized knowledge base.
• Travel up to 30-40% to support key customer engagements across assigned regions.
• Ensure the secure and confidential handling of customer information in line with Snowflake’s security standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with AI/ML concepts, encompassing data preparation, supervised and unsupervised model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• AI/ML technical depth at Level 200-300.
• Proficiency in designing robust AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with common AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Capability to implement standard MLOps pipelines.
• Ability to translate AI/ML expertise into Snowflake customer solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Skill in explaining intricate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
• Must adhere to Snowflake confidentiality and data security standards.
• For the U.S. position, applicants must meet work authorization and sponsorship requirements.
• Competitive salary range of $165,000 – $216,562.
