Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series concurrently (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute each plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot to ensure character consistency, assist with casting, and facilitate trailer production.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will write scripts and shape the storytelling and craftsmanship.

• Work in conjunction with our AI Content Creators, technology team, fellow Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative videos.

• Excellent scripting abilities: creating hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating tension minute by minute.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance; we will help you become proficient quickly.

• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-driven with a sense of ownership and dedication.

• Proactive mindset – we move quickly and require individuals who can manage execution, planning, and strategy effectively.
