Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series simultaneously (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Utilize our in-house AI copilot for maintaining character consistency, casting decisions, and generating trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will write scripts and oversee the storytelling and craftsmanship.

• Collaborate with our team of AI Content Creators, the technology team, fellow Short Film Directors, and the executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.

• Strong skills in scripting: creating hooks, cliffhangers, and managing minute-to-minute escalation.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you become proficient quickly.

• Experience with platforms focused on vertical drama.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and eager to learn, receptive to feedback.
