Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series simultaneously (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Utilize our in-house AI copilot for maintaining character consistency, casting, and generating trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will develop scripts and bring the narrative to life with your craft.

• Collaborate with our team of AI Content Creators, the tech team, fellow Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative videos.

• Strong instincts for scripting: crafting hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating tension minute by minute.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will train you to become proficient swiftly.

• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
