Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series simultaneously (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI assistant for character consistency, casting, and trailer creation.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will craft scripts and drive the storytelling process.

• We will provide training in AI Content creation. If you have a solid background in film editing, you will adapt quickly.

• Work together with our team of AI Content Creators, technical team, other Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative videos.

• Strong instincts for scripting: crafting hooks, cliffhangers, and managing minute-to-minute escalation.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you quickly become an expert.

• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving swiftly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.
