Senior AI Solutions Engineer – Remote Europe/Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy AI agents from conception and prototyping to optimization and production implementation.

• Design for dependability, incorporating observability, logging, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines.

• Collaborate with enterprise systems by constructing connectors and retrieval pipelines.

• Critically assess AI-generated code and designs.

• Take ownership of quality by creating and maintaining evaluation datasets and establishing accuracy benchmarks.

• Clearly document designs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–10+ years of overall experience, with a specific emphasis on AI systems.

• Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering.

• Experience with LLM-based systems in production or near-production environments (agents, RAG, automation, orchestration).

• A product-oriented mindset in development processes.

• An eye for architecture (the ability to assess system designs).

• Comfort with uncertainty in AI systems.
