Senior AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Gain insights into customer missions, strategic goals, and limitations through brief discovery sessions.

• Map Capabilities: Convert business requirements into platform functionalities, customizing messaging for various personas (CIO, CTO, Chief Data Officer, program leads, technical practitioners).

• Identify Value: Recognize high-impact automation and decision-making points where agentic AI can deliver immediate, tangible value, transforming ambiguous challenges into clear user pathways and agent responsibilities.

• Rapid MVP Build: Create and execute comprehensive agentic AI MVPs, encompassing multi-agent orchestration, tool utilization, memory, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agent observability.

• Establish key technical specifications, suggest deployment models that comply with specific security requirements, and provide guidance on data readiness to ensure a swift time-to-value for new and expansion initiatives.

• Develop user-friendly, enterprise-level UIs using React and contemporary design systems (e.g., shadcn/ui) to transparently convey agent behavior.

• Present captivating live demonstrations that clearly outline: problem → agentic solution → business effect.

• Serve as a technical resource for the sales team, assisting Account Executives, Strategic Account Directors, and BDRs with expertise and materials that promote AI adoption.

• Quickly iterate based on customer insights gathered during pilots, workshops, or proofs of value (POVs).

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, customer-facing software engineering, or technical product roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• An advanced degree in AI/ML is advantageous.

• Prior experience in applying AI or complex software solutions within the Oil & Gas sector is highly beneficial.

• Outstanding communication and demonstration skills.

• Proven ability to articulate complex AI concepts clearly, grounded in value for both mission leaders and technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional capability to transition from ambiguity to clarity swiftly.

• Practical experience in building agentic AI applications using contemporary LLM frameworks, orchestration patterns, and backend engineering (Python, TypeScript, APIs).

• Experience with designing MCP servers, integrating external systems, and employing AI evaluation/tracing tools.

• Proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies to develop clean, reliable user interfaces.
