Senior AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Demonstrate ownership of machine learning initiatives that incorporate cutting-edge solutions.

• Engage in the research and design of innovative solutions and complex architectures.

• Take the initiative in suggesting new tools, solutions, and methodologies.

• Collaborate with object trackers implemented on edge hardware, utilizing the latest NLP models, developing generative models for images and videos, and working with the most current libraries and frameworks (LangChain, Diffusers, TensorRT, etc).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development roles.

• Familiarity with widely-used machine learning techniques and algorithms.

• Experience in NLP or large language models (LLMs).

• Proficient in English.

• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a desire to embrace new challenges and learn.

• Good interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.

• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.

• Required tools include: Python, Docker, SQL, AWS (or GCP, Azure), Git, and LangChain.

• Preferred: Experience in DevOps and Kubernetes.

• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
