Senior AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain backend services and APIs utilizing Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.

• Integrate and deploy Generative AI models, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain, into production settings.

• Create and execute solutions involving LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.

• Fine-tune and enhance LLMs for tailored use cases.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business, legal, and technology teams to outline solutions and achieve business results.

• Incorporate AI/ML services and APIs into enterprise applications while adhering to engineering and security best practices.

• Develop intelligent automation solutions to boost productivity, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency.

• Diagnose and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Deploy and oversee applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Write, review, and uphold high-quality, scalable, and secure code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of software development experience with Python and/or Java Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with Generative AI APIs and/or open-source models.

• Experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG pipelines.

• Understanding of prompt engineering, embedding models, or vector databases.

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.

• Knowledge of web and API security frameworks.

• Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB), vector databases, Kafka, caching, and Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Preferred: familiarity with multi-modal AI systems and agentic AI frameworks.

• Preferred: experience with MLOps and model deployment workflows.

• Preferred: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Preferred: understanding of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

• 4 or more years of experience.

• Successful completion of a background investigation is required.

• Must have reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload when working from home.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace with suitable desk and seating when working from home.
