Senior AI Sales Specialist – Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and meet sales targets within a specified Zendesk territory.

• Collaborate with the primary sales team to devise strategic plans for both existing clients and new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through value-driven sales approaches.

• Lead and facilitate sanctioned AI proof-of-concept projects.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling in collaboration with AI and core Success teams.

• Create commercial models and provide guidance on usage requirements and expected automation rates.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI solutions.

• Oversee enablement initiatives within the assigned territory.

• Relay product updates, sales methodologies, and market insights to Core Account Executives.

• Assist deal pursuit teams by providing sales, industry, product, and communication expertise.

• Design and deliver customized AI product demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a sales role with quota responsibilities.

• Preferably focused on Conversational AI solutions or customer experience (CX) sectors.

• Must be a native Spanish speaker.

• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Preferable experience in an overlay Account Executive or co-selling capacity.

• Comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of the AI Suite portfolio.

• Capability to create and present demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of customers.

• Extensive knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical implementation in contact centers.
