Senior AI QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for AI-assisted testing, deploying agents to perform unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Create agile QA pipelines utilizing tools such as Claude Code for static analysis and the automatic repair of malfunctioning tests.

• Merge QA with Spec-Driven Development, ensuring that specifications (Spec-Kit/BMAD) automatically produce acceptance criteria and test suites.

• Maintain quality and ensure cross-platform consistency for mobile (iOS/Android) and backend through AI-validated contracts.

• Guide the team in AI-Assisted QA, fostering prompt engineering practices in testing and data curation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in test automation and QA strategies for both mobile and backend systems.

• Hands-on experience with agentic tools (such as Claude Code or equivalent) throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and its integration with automation frameworks.

• Capability to lead Shift-Left processes, ensuring quality is established through AI right from the product definition phase.
