Senior AI, Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and implementing intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI-driven services using Python.

• Utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools to improve code quality.

• Architecting and enhancing hybrid retrieval systems.

• Collaborating closely with the core product development team.

• Leading new AI projects from initial concept through to deployment.

• Employing Azure cloud infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and manage AI workloads.

• Keeping pace with the rapidly changing LLM/AI landscape.

• Developing advanced AI agents utilizing LangGraph.

• Constructing scalable and resilient data services with Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Implementing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Azure services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Python.

• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

• Strong foundation in contemporary data retrieval architectures.

• Expertise in indexing, querying, and retrieving data from extensive data lakes.

• Comprehensive understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed backend architecture.

• Practical experience in deploying and managing solutions on Azure.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
