Senior AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive AI product vision and roadmap that aligns with Dozuki’s mission and customer needs.

• Perform market and customer research to uncover opportunities for AI to improve training, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Evaluate competitive AI solutions in manufacturing, quality assurance, and connected worker platforms.

• Collaborate with executives, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize AI initiatives that provide maximum business value.

• Facilitate discovery sprints to validate AI-driven concepts, including feasibility, usability, and return on investment.

• Convert complex AI functionalities into practical, user-centered solutions.

• Outline product requirements, user stories, and specifications for AI features such as conversational intelligence, single and multi-turn search, proactive insights, and AI-generated content creation.

• Work closely with engineering and data teams to balance innovation with scalability, security, and performance.

• Set success metrics to evaluate the adoption, accuracy, and business outcomes of AI features.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to effectively position AI offerings.

• Prepare for market launch through training, messaging, and sales enablement strategies.

• Track product performance after launch, analyze usage trends, and lead initiatives to enhance adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Gather structured feedback to inform ongoing iteration and improvement.

• Build strong relationships with customers to identify frontline challenges and validate AI-driven solutions.

• Simplify complex AI concepts for clear communication to both internal and external audiences.

• Provide regular progress updates on the AI roadmap, including risks and outcomes, to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Assist sales, marketing, and success teams with product demonstrations, documentation, and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products.

• In-depth understanding of AI technologies (such as LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics) and their application in enterprise SaaS.

• Experience in product discovery, agile delivery, and creating solutions for B2B clients.

• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning executives, technical teams, and customers.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset, skilled at defining and tracking product success metrics.

• A curious, adaptable individual with a passion for addressing complex challenges in manufacturing and industrial contexts.
