Senior AI, Product Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and develop intricate hands-on lab scenarios that demonstrate Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud environments.

• Take responsibility for the automation and reliability of the training platform, which includes provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting.

• Create and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations tailored for various audiences.

• Utilize instructional design principles to craft structured learning experiences with defined outcomes.

• Write course materials and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown formats.

• Leverage AI coding/agent clients to expedite the creation of labs, scripting, content drafting, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Manage projects independently from initiation to completion while appropriately escalating risks as necessary.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure training aligns with feature value propositions.

• Represent Sysdig during sessions with customers and partners.

• Convert feedback into enhancements for content and processes, establish best practices and teaching standards, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience with containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux, and/or public cloud services.

• Strong understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP) along with DevOps tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in one or two programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).

• Comfortable in authoring content based on YAML and Markdown and working with APIs.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructing and simplifying complex concepts for the target audience.

• Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and produce clear, comprehensive technical writing.

• Capability to both develop training programs and deliver them confidently.

• Familiarity with AI coding/agent CLI clients (such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools).

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced, diverse experience utilized to create and enhance learning solutions.

• Analytical mindset that employs feedback, data, and metrics to refine labs, content, and delivery methods.

• Ability to help establish best practices, mentor peers, and work independently under broad guidance.
