Senior AI & Product Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Create and develop intricate, practical lab scenarios that demonstrate Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud platforms.

• Take responsibility for the automation and reliability of the training platform, which includes provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting environments.

• Design and present technical training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for a variety of audiences.

• Utilize instructional design principles to build structured learning pathways with specific objectives.

• Produce course materials and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown formats.

• Leverage AI coding/agent clients to enhance lab development, scripting, content creation, and troubleshooting processes.

• Manage projects independently from the initial concept to final delivery while appropriately escalating any risks.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure training aligns with product value propositions.

• Represent Sysdig during sessions with customers and partners.

• Convert feedback into enhancements for content and processes.

• Assist in establishing teaching standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux, and/or public cloud services.

• Strong understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem, including Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP, and DevOps tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in coding with 1–2 languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.

• Comfortable creating YAML- and Markdown-based content and engaging with APIs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching and simplifying complex concepts for target audiences.

• Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and produce clear, thorough technical documentation.

• Capable of creating and confidently presenting training sessions.

• Familiarity with AI coding/agent CLI clients like Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced and diverse experience in developing and enhancing learning solutions.

• Analytical mindset that utilizes feedback, data, and metrics.

• Ability to work independently under broad guidance.

• Skilled at mentoring others and contributing to the establishment of best practices.
