This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop internal AI tools and automate workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks across Engineering, Product, QA, and Design.
• Implement RAG-based knowledge systems that ensure product specifications, technical documentation, and architectural decisions are easily searchable and practical.
• Design reusable AI-assisted SDLC workflows, encompassing product briefs, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and release documentation.
• Assess and incorporate coding assistants, design-to-code tools, and other AI-driven developer resources to maximize efficiency.
• Establish secure, observable, and cost-effective patterns for AI tools, overseeing their usage, reliability, and cost management for your creations.
• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, developer tooling, or similar technical positions, along with 2+ years of experience in developing AI-powered tools, LLM-based systems, or RAG solutions.
• A strong background in software engineering, demonstrating a history of delivering reliable and maintainable tools utilized by fellow engineers.
• Proficiency in designing APIs, SDKs, or reusable internal services that are widely adopted by teams.
• A thorough understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills and the capability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• A mindset focused on ownership, transparency, and results-driven outcomes.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Figma-to-code processes, component generation, or design-system automation.
• Familiarity with coding assistants, AI agents, or agentic workflow orchestration tools (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK, or similar).
• Experience integrating AI tools into platforms like GitHub, Jira, Slack, Confluence, Linear, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in supporting external engineering teams or vendor delivery models.
