GTM AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire development lifecycle for internal AI tools, encompassing everything from prototyping and proof-of-concept development to production scaling, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• Create sophisticated agents utilizing Glean and N8N.

• Employ AI-enhanced IDE tools like Cursor to design agents, workflows, and full-stack applications.

• Evaluate internally developed tools against external vendors to measure solution effectiveness.

• Collaborate with product managers and Enterprise Systems teams to securely integrate essential data sources.

• Ensure that agents and applications adhere to UX best practices and remain accessible to less technically inclined business users.

• Assess when agentic workflows are more advantageous compared to business-logic-based solutions.

• Choose the most appropriate internal development tools tailored to specific use cases.

• Manage production cost envelopes and evaluate LLM models to optimize performance while managing token consumption costs.

• Develop and maintain documentation for launched solutions.

• Provide training for end-users on the tools that have been launched.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs and agentic orchestration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including context windows, token consumption, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.

• Proficient in API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, and foundational Python knowledge.

• Experience in prompt engineering for intricate tasks.

• Familiarity with foundational models such as Gemini, GPT, and Claude through web interfaces and APIs.

• Understanding of agentic orchestration layers and MCP.

• Experience in building complex agents with Glean and N8N.

• Proficient in using AI-enhanced IDE tools like Cursor.

• Capable of securely integrating key data sources within Motive's data governance framework.

• Ability to balance LLM performance with token consumption costs.

• Candidate must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
