AI Engineer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the fundamental architecture of the AI agents platform, ensuring standardization, governance, and optimal reusability.

• Develop and implement robust systems for tracking, metrics, evaluation, logging, observability, and auditing — vital components for managing the agents' lifecycle.

• Evaluate AI agent projects by analyzing their needs, behavior patterns, interactions, and orchestration requirements.

• Play a role in internalizing essential components, guaranteeing control, security, and uniformity throughout the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with other AI initiatives to ensure technical coherence and the exchange of insights.

• Create foundational MVPs, including standardized documentation, agent templates, monitoring tools, and observability protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering methods (few-shot, self-ask, chain-of-thought, tree of thoughts).

• Experience in A/B testing of prompts and assessing model responses.

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture, with the capability to design and implement scalable, highly available solutions.

• Proficiency with application or machine learning platforms/pipelines.

• Practical experience with AI agents, orchestrators, or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, SpringAI, or their equivalents.

• Demonstrated experience in software development within high-complexity environments.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI).

• Knowledge of embedding techniques, vectorization, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Understanding of prompt security and mitigation strategies against prompt injection.
