
Senior AI Partner Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of AI partner practice development in line with SensibleAI priorities and partner maturity frameworks.
• Convert SensibleAI product updates, delivery standards, and best practices into learning resources suitable for partners (such as guides, videos, assessments, and playbooks), ensuring they are high-quality, consistent, and reusable.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and verify technical content while guiding decisions on the criteria for partner readiness.
• Manage SensibleAI enablement experiences within the Learning Management System (LMS), which includes course structure, publishing standards, role/group setups, and assignments.
• Take ownership of reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, completion rates, progress, and time-to-readiness, and independently convert data into program enhancements.
• Facilitate the resolution of partner LMS issues by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent, high-quality professional AI experience for partners.
• Streamline AI partner authorization processes and communications, acting as the primary operational lead alongside the Director of AI Partner Operations.
• Create repeatable frameworks and scalable communication rhythms.
• Work together with AI Delivery teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, Strategic Alliances, and Partner Success teams to pinpoint enablement gaps, reduce readiness risks, and facilitate escalation paths for priority partners.
• Improve the partner learning experience by systematically incorporating feedback mechanisms, fostering a proactive approach, and employing data-driven measurement techniques.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise software, data-driven platforms, or software project implementation.
• More than 4 years of experience in leading partner ecosystem enablement (including GSIs, consulting firms, and resellers) at scale across various regions or partner tiers.
• Proficient and self-assured in delivering presentations to external audiences.
• Strong operational and project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and align stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
