This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop advanced enrichments specific to verticals and automate scoring processes across Voice, Chat, Email, and AI Agents to deliver measurable ROI.
• Combine strict compliance logic with nuanced sentiment and soft skills when creating automated QA for large enterprises.
• Lead and implement POC/POV engagements, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, validating results, and presenting outcomes to demonstrate technical feasibility for pilot customers.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by collaborating with Sales Engineers during customer discovery sessions, demonstrations, and evaluations to convert complex requirements into actionable AI configurations.
• Create interaction models that effectively demonstrate high-value ROI narratives by linking interaction data to Revenue, Retention, and Registration metrics.
• Investigate and resolve intricate accuracy issues in voice and text analytics to eliminate false interpretations and ensure a robust data foundation.
• Design and present customized demos tailored to specific customer scenarios across various sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail.
• Collaborate with Deployment Managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support deal cycles and enhance customer success.
• Provide strategic insights to refine speech and text analytic configurations as the industry and AI technologies advance.
• Over 4 years of experience in Conversation Intelligence or Speech Analytics, particularly in identifying key points of interest within multi-channel contact center interactions.
• Expertise in translating unique customer business logic into advanced "points of interest" and automated scoring frameworks for quality assurance.
• Proven ability to correlate interaction data with measurable business results such as Revenue, Retention, and Compliance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the contact center sector and prevalent KPIs like AHT, CSAT, FCR, and their relation to broader business objectives.
• Robust project management capabilities to oversee stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate priorities, status, and progress throughout complex deal cycles.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to manage discovery workshops and critical stakeholder meetings.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment to drive intricate projects to successful completion.
