Senior AI Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement innovative AI technological solutions that align with corporate goals.

• Collect and document business system and functional specifications.

• Shape system design to enhance support and achieve business targets.

• Develop scalable, secure, user-centric software applications driven by AI models.

• Oversee the execution of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.

• Create workflows, interfaces, and orchestrations for LLM.

• Design robust microservices, API layers, and backend pipelines to handle non-deterministic AI outputs and dynamic token streaming.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI frameworks.

• Guide business partners on effective solutions.

• Collaborate with offshore teams and vendors to deliver business solutions.

• Direct the cross-functional implementation of enterprise AI capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–5+ years of experience leading enterprise AI/GenAI projects, encompassing design, implementation, and production support of AI-driven applications.

• Proficient in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and healthcare compliance regulations.

• Experience in realizing business value and leading AI product delivery.

• Knowledge of the Azure OpenAI and Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions on Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including model governance, fairness, explainability, privacy controls, human-in-the-loop review processes, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams comprising business partners, architects, engineers, product owners, security teams, and vendors.

• Capability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office setup.

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• Satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
