Senior AI Governance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the deployment, governance, and scaling of Microsoft AI and automation platforms for our enterprise clients.

• Develop and establish governance frameworks for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Play a key role in defining enterprise operating models, guardrails, and standards.

• Provide guidance on best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging in discussions about platform strategy and governance trade-offs.

• Facilitate or assist in governance workshops and discovery sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise delivery across Microsoft platforms.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PPAC.

• Demonstrated expertise in Power Platform governance.

• Experience with Copilot Studio, particularly in agent governance and security considerations.

• Strong understanding of identity, security, and compliance concepts.

• Ability to engage directly and effectively with clients.

• Familiarity with pro-code extensions to the Power Platform is advantageous.
