Senior AI Engineer – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI solutions utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.

• Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve AI functionalities.

• Collaborate with vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone) and implement context optimization along with model routing.

• Ensure LLM observability while adhering to AI governance standards.

• Guide Agile teams throughout project lifecycles, from initial conception to final deployment, maintaining best practices in software development and architecture.

• Oversee CI/CD processes, including logging, tracing, and monitoring to ensure infrastructure observability.

• Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns to uphold high standards of code quality.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English language skills.

• Several years of experience in software development and leadership positions.

• Extensive familiarity with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2).

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience with frameworks like Flask or Spring Boot for backend services.

• Proficient in using tools such as Jira for project management and Git for version control.

• Demonstrated success in delivering AI-driven products in production settings.

• Strong grasp of software development and architectural best practices, including design patterns and code reviews.

• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
