Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance AI-driven features within current products

• Incorporate and manage LLMs and AI services in live applications

• Execute conversational AI, AI voice, and intelligent workflow functionalities

• Construct and refine RAG pipelines and agent workflows

• Merge AI functionalities with internal systems and external services

• Oversee, diagnose, and resolve AI-related production challenges from detection to root cause analysis and resolution

• Enhance application performance, reliability, latency, and operational expenses

• Partner with Product Managers and AI Scientists to elevate AI quality and user experience

• Assess and implement new AI technologies that deliver business value

• Maintain technical documentation and participate in architecture discussions and engineering best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering

• Proven experience in developing AI applications for production utilizing LLMs

• High proficiency in Python

• Experience in integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini

• Familiarity with RAG architectures and contemporary AI frameworks

• Strong grasp of software architecture and distributed systems

• Capability to autonomously investigate and resolve intricate production issues

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
