Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions for genuine challenges - Comprehend, design, and implement solutions utilizing AI/ML models for actual issues.

• Ensure platform reliability and upkeep – Oversee the deployment lifecycle of new features and fixes, guaranteeing that the platform remains stable, scalable, and possesses good observability.

• Produce high-quality code – Write clear and efficient code, actively participate in code reviews, and advocate for technological excellence.

• Draft technical specifications – Convert business requirements into innovative and technically sound solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to enhance project success.

• Create extensive documentation – Develop comprehensive technical documents to ease the onboarding process for new team members.

• Improve best practices – Actively identify and implement enhancements in engineering and organizational workflows.

• Lead engineering planning and processes – Engage in sprint planning, effort estimation, capacity planning, and release management.

• Design and advance the overall technology stack – Influence technology choices and improvements to the stack; anticipate scaling challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as an AI engineer, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior position.

• Proficient with LangGraph.

• Experience in deploying end-to-end AI solutions for real customers.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining evaluation pipelines.

• Knowledge of document processing and OCR tools.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.

• Possess a growth mindset: capable of swiftly learning new languages, frameworks, and technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
