Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create GenAI tools that assist sellers in identifying and connecting with suitable customers more quickly.

• Design AI-driven copilots that present CRM insights and sales intelligence in real-time.

• Introduce AI functionalities that enhance efficiency and personalization throughout the sales funnel.

• Engage in hands-on work across the entire stack, from model experimentation to application development and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales operators.

• Partner with revenue operations, sales leadership, product, and engineering teams.

• Produce high-quality outreach at scale and develop seller copilots.

• Implement voice and chat interfaces for improved customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the industry with a focus on software engineering, applied machine learning, or AI product development.

• Proven success in building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications, especially in generative AI.

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and MCP.

• Experience in developing backend systems and APIs.

• Background in collaborating with product and design teams to deliver customer-facing features.

• Strong product intuition and capability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with AI products related to sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or comparable CRM/enablement platforms.

• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, or streaming voice/chat pipelines.

• Proven track record in leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.

• Familiarity with cost optimization, model evaluation, observability, and latency management.
