Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and implement machine learning and AI systems.

• Collaborate with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and contemporary ML frameworks.

• Create inference and evaluation pipelines.

• Enhance model performance, reduce latency, and manage costs.

• Embed AI functionalities into production applications.

• Establish dependable data and model workflows.

• Oversee AI systems in a production environment.

• Work in partnership with product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software or ML engineering.

• Proficient in Python and contemporary ML frameworks.

• Proven experience in deploying AI/ML systems to production.

• Strong grasp of LLMs and model inference processes.

• Robust software engineering and system design capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Familiarity with PyTorch, Transformers, vLLM, TGI, or Triton is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure is beneficial.

• Experience with GPU optimization is a plus.

• Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, or evaluation systems is a plus.

• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferable.

• U.S. work authorization status must be provided.
