This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain scalable AI and machine learning solutions tailored for enterprise applications.

• Create comprehensive end-to-end architectures that encompass data ingestion, preparation, model selection, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.

• Identify lucrative AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical designs and delivery timetables.

• Develop solutions for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.

• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, design assessments, proof-of-concepts, and client presentations.

• Design and deploy generative AI applications utilizing Claude, the Anthropic API, and various LLM platforms.

• Architect secure RAG solutions based on enterprise documents, knowledge repositories, databases, and other data sources.

• Create agentic AI systems and workflows that integrate ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, cloud services, databases, collaboration tools, and operational systems.

• Implement human-in-the-loop controls and safeguards for sensitive actions, unauthorized access, prompt injection, unsafe outputs, and uncontrolled autonomy.

• Develop, train, validate, deploy, and oversee machine learning models as well as NLP capabilities.

• Create data-processing, feature-engineering, ETL/ELT, integration, API, and microservice components.

• Apply secure engineering practices related to authentication, authorization, secrets management, encryption, logging, and access controls.

• Establish AI evaluation frameworks, testing, observability, monitoring, tracing, governance, and responsible AI controls.

• Design AI-enabled workflow automations and intelligent experiences within ServiceNow, including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.

• Develop Tableau and Power BI visualizations, executive reports, dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, NewRocket consultants, ServiceNow teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers.

• Travel to client locations and conferences as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation technologies to real-world enterprise scenarios.

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Proven experience in architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.

• Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming, functional design principles, software architecture, and API-based integration methodologies.

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool utilization, structured outputs, and model assessment.

• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.

• Experience with Apache Spark and Snowflake.

• NLP experience utilizing Hugging Face, transformer models, cloud AI services, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of database management, query optimization, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality practices.

• Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, model limitations, and governed deployment strategies.

• Excellent analytical, architectural, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to collaborate across client, consulting, engineering, product, data, and AI/ML teams.

• Ability to learn and adapt swiftly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical area; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with Claude/Anthropic API, Anthropic training, MCP, AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLM frameworks, vector databases, AI observability, MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and production cloud deployment methodologies.
