Senior Associate, AI Engineer – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance managed services processes and tools to improve client operations.

• Lead project management and process optimization initiatives through delivery teams.

• Create and implement automation frameworks to simplify business processes.

• Work closely with clients to pinpoint opportunities for business transformation and process enhancement.

• Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations.

• Manage service delivery and performance to meet client expectations.

• Engage stakeholders to promote ongoing process improvement and innovation.

• Organize project planning and execution to ensure timely results.

• Maintain professional and technical standards in accordance with company guidelines.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Transition and manage services while overseeing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI Workflows.

• Knowledge of LLM Orchestration.

• Proficient in Python.

• Experienced with FastAPI.

• Background in AWS (Bedrock).

• Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes.

• Experience with Redis/ElastiCache.

• Familiarity with MCP tools, Langfuse, and evaluation harnesses is a plus.

• AWS certifications and knowledge of enterprise AI governance are advantageous.

• Ability to oversee operational performance and manage risks effectively.

• Skill in engaging stakeholders in managed services.

• Experience in navigating complex data analytics environments.

• Openness to change and participation in digital transformation initiatives.
