Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage LLM-driven agents from inception to completion for internal tools, customer-oriented features, and process automation.

• Create agent workflows and RAG architectures tailored for team-level applications.

• Develop and maintain MCP servers that provide company data and services as structured tools for AI models.

• Establish testing, reliability, and operational standards.

• Take responsibility for delivery and on-call quality for key services.

• Implement evaluation pipelines and practices for prompt versioning.

• Promote reliability and enhancements in cost and quality.

• Facilitate design reviews and provide mentorship across the team.

• Work in collaboration with product, data, and platform teams to outline and deliver agent-based solutions.

• Correctly apply platform patterns and governance mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, with several years focused on building and operating LLM or AI agent systems in a production setting.

• Proficient in Python and service development, including asynchronous programming, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2.

• Extensive experience in GenAI/LLM applications, particularly in designing RAG architectures and agent workflows.

• Familiarity with Claude through Amazon Bedrock or the Anthropic API.

• Strong engineering skills in AWS, including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and API Gateway.

• Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and MCP.

• Knowledge of Terraform/IaC and containerized delivery via CI/CD.

• Robust data-layer experience with Redis, Snowflake, DynamoDB, Postgres/Aurora, and asynchronous SQLAlchemy.

• Understanding of identity and application security principles, including JWT/OAuth and secrets management.

• Experience with production observability and LLM evaluation, including tracing and metrics for latency, cost, and quality.

• Capability to mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
