Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and develop innovative AI applications – including MCP servers, real-time voice-to-voice applications, RAG bots, and multi-agent systems.

• Provide strategic AI insights to clients – participate in workshops, assist in proposal development, and guide clients in understanding the possibilities and best solutions for them.

• Develop demonstrations and proof of concepts – efficiently, purposefully, and ready for client presentation without unnecessary complexity.

• Guide junior engineers – impart knowledge, conduct thorough code reviews, and support the growth of your team.

• Influence our AI practice – contribute to collective tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience – in AI or applied data-intensive software engineering, or comparable expertise.

• A proven history of bringing projects from conception to production is of utmost importance.

• Strong proficiency in Python – capable of writing clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

• Familiarity with contemporary GenAI tools such as Pinecone, HuggingFace, LangChain/LangSmith, or CrewAI.

• Knowledge of agentic architectures – comfortable designing systems that involve tool utilization, orchestration, evaluation, and multi-agent configurations.

• Experience with RAG systems – possessing a solid grasp of retrieval-augmented generation systems and their pipelines.

• Cloud platform experience – proficient with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Enthusiasm for client-facing roles – you appreciate the broader perspective, contributing to proposals, and clarifying complex concepts effectively.

• Curiosity over pride – you handle disagreements with empathy and prioritize accuracy over being right.
