This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Create and develop innovative AI applications β including MCP servers, real-time voice-to-voice applications, RAG bots, and multi-agent systems.
β’ Provide strategic AI insights to clients β participate in workshops, assist in proposal development, and guide clients in understanding the possibilities and best solutions for them.
β’ Develop demonstrations and proof of concepts β efficiently, purposefully, and ready for client presentation without unnecessary complexity.
β’ Guide junior engineers β impart knowledge, conduct thorough code reviews, and support the growth of your team.
β’ Influence our AI practice β contribute to collective tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
β’ Over 5 years of practical experience β in AI or applied data-intensive software engineering, or comparable expertise.
β’ A proven history of bringing projects from conception to production is of utmost importance.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python β capable of writing clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
β’ Familiarity with contemporary GenAI tools such as Pinecone, HuggingFace, LangChain/LangSmith, or CrewAI.
β’ Knowledge of agentic architectures β comfortable designing systems that involve tool utilization, orchestration, evaluation, and multi-agent configurations.
β’ Experience with RAG systems β possessing a solid grasp of retrieval-augmented generation systems and their pipelines.
β’ Cloud platform experience β proficient with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
β’ Enthusiasm for client-facing roles β you appreciate the broader perspective, contributing to proposals, and clarifying complex concepts effectively.
β’ Curiosity over pride β you handle disagreements with empathy and prioritize accuracy over being right.
