This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Specify detailed technical requirements for a scalable agent architecture, including essential reasoning frameworks, risk management systems, and knowledge retrieval interfaces necessary for complex decision-making.
• Act as the hands-on technical leader capable of constructing, testing, and deploying both interim (e.g., RAG-based systems) and highly advanced agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with strategy leads to ensure that the technical foundations for achieving fully autonomous agentic operations are established within the twelve-month roadmap.
• Supervise the technical integration and scaling of deployed AI agents within designated operational workflows (e.g., automating specific GTM tasks).
• Ensure smooth deployment through rigorous validation testing, monitoring agent performance, and iterating on technical builds to enhance decision accuracy and decrease latency.
• Proactively utilize AI in daily tasks, identify opportunities where AI can reshape challenges, and develop fluency as tools advance.
• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical architecture within rapidly growing technology settings or AI startups.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in the technical construction and deployment of LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
• Profound understanding of the contemporary AI technology stack, prompt engineering, API integrations, and scalable deployment infrastructure.
• Proven capability to execute intricate technical work streams with minimal oversight and high accountability.
• Strong technical communicator; able to articulate complex architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to non-technical strategic stakeholders.
• A practical, production-oriented mindset — driven by the desire to build dependable, production-ready systems that address real business challenges.
