Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of AI features from the design of agentic workflows and RAG pipelines to the infrastructure that supports them in a large-scale production environment.

• Tackle genuinely challenging issues as financial data is structured, high-stakes, and unforgiving, making it a particularly intriguing domain for applying LLMs.

• Develop evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops that transform effective models into dependable, production-grade systems.

• Collaborate closely with product and domain experts to expand the boundaries of what AI can achieve within an ERP, going beyond previous implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical position with a solid background in backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

• More than 2 years of experience in delivering production AI systems that impact real users and involve significant stakes, rather than research projects or prototypes.

• Practical experience with production LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, or structured data extraction.

• Strong proficiency in Python and the ability to work across the entire stack to deliver comprehensive features.
