Senior AI Engineer, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust backend systems that integrate with LLM APIs to enhance Clarium's AI functionalities.

• Create and develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.

• Take complete ownership of essential system components, ranging from REST APIs to AI agent implementation.

• Work closely with product managers and clients to ensure that your developments align with real-world healthcare workflows.

• Engage proactively in code reviews and sprint planning activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend engineering.

• At least 1 year of practical experience in building and deploying AI applications in a production environment.

• Strong grasp of backend architecture principles and design for AI applications.

• Experience in building and utilizing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Proficient in database technologies, including relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Self-driven, effective communicator, and adept at problem-solving.

• Previous experience in an early-stage startup is a plus (Nice to Have).

• Knowledge of healthcare data or supply chain sectors is advantageous (Nice to Have).
