Senior AI Engineer – AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute GenAI agents while ensuring scalability and governance;

• High-level expertise with the Gemini Enterprise platform and associated tools (ADK, AgentSpace, AgentEngine, crewAI);

• In-depth knowledge of LLMs, generative AI frameworks, and low-code workflow/orchestration solutions;

• Establish prompt frameworks, fine-tuning strategies, and methods for model evaluation;

• Recognize automation opportunities, organize use cases and business cases, and assess technical and regulatory viability;

• Manage pilot projects, set success criteria, and oversee the transition to scalability;

• Promote reduction of technical debt, enhance modularity, and implement advanced observability practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience as an AI Engineer;

• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools (including frameworks like ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, crewAI, AgentSpace, AgentEngine, LLMs, and low-code workflow and orchestration solutions), along with RAG;

• Understanding of APIs, integration, and orchestration;

• Experience in developing agents;

• Familiarity with prompt frameworks and task-oriented model refinement/fine-tuning.
