Senior AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and onboard new AI tools and platforms, evaluating their suitability for the team's workflows, overseeing setup and configuration, and promoting adoption throughout the product organization.

• Facilitate access to AI tools for non-engineers by packaging environments, streamlining setup processes, and eliminating infrastructure obstacles that hinder adoption.

• Address IT and security challenges necessary for deploying AI tools in a healthcare setting, establishing authentication flows, managing access patterns, and ensuring adherence to organizational security standards.

• Work collaboratively across the organization—including product, engineering, design, IT, operations, commercial, and leadership teams—to pinpoint workflows that can be enhanced with existing AI capabilities and facilitate their implementation.

• Generate documentation, guides, and training resources that empower non-technical team members to adopt and gain value from new tools.

• Troubleshoot and maintain the AI tooling stack, independently diagnosing issues and iterating on configurations based on team feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently automating every aspect of your work with AI, regardless of your role in engineering, product, IT, or any other field. What matters is your ability to build rapidly and consistently.

• You possess a deep understanding of the current AI tooling landscape, including LLMs, coding assistants, automation platforms, and API integrations, and are knowledgeable about deploying these tools in an organizational context.

• Create small tools, scripts, and integrations—including MCP servers and lightweight automations—to connect off-the-shelf AI products with the actual workflows of our teams.

• You are proficient in navigating enterprise infrastructure such as containers, cloud platform administration, endpoint management, identity management, and compliance tooling.

• You are a proactive self-starter who excels with autonomy, identifying barriers to adoption, resolving infrastructure issues, and ensuring tools are accessible to users.

• You communicate effectively and can convey technical capabilities into practical benefits for non-technical colleagues.
