Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, prototype, and assess cutting-edge AI/ML methodologies

• Create and develop tailored machine learning models

• Construct and sustain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks

• Develop predictive models for forecasting and detecting anomalies

• Design and implement AI-powered features and services

• Establish multi-agent and agentic AI workflows

• Execute and enhance LLM-driven pipelines

• Oversee cloud-based AI infrastructure

• Convert complex business needs into technical specifications

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers

• Keep abreast of AI research and emerging trends

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development

• A minimum of 3 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering

• Over 2 years of experience in LLM/Generative AI Development

• Expertise in Python programming

• Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript

• Strong familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers

• Practical experience with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, and Anthropic SDK

• Experience with vector databases

• Comprehensive understanding of RAG architecture, embedding models, and chunking strategies

• Proficient in model fine-tuning techniques

• Skilled in SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing pipelines

• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized model serving

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
