AI Engineer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for converting AI capabilities into tangible business solutions by developing systems that not only respond but also perform tasks, streamline processes, and achieve outcomes.

• Collaborate at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI, crafting and managing intelligent applications that are integrated within the corporate framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design and create enterprise-ready AI agents, incorporating information retrieval functionalities, orchestration, policy-driven routing, tool invocation, evaluation frameworks, and observability throughout the entire lifecycle.

• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers between various AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) to facilitate seamless integration and portability.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud-native systems engineering, encompassing APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architecture.

• At least 1 year of experience in designing and deploying agent-based solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in live production settings.

• A minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages; knowledge of agent logging, monitoring, and observability tools is essential.

• At least 5 years of experience in production deployment, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
