Senior AI Data Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify business opportunities that can be leveraged through data and AI products.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Lead the discovery process and validate hypotheses for new data products.

• Design and create AI-driven products.

• Develop conversational solutions for data exploration.

• Create agents capable of monitoring performance, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions.

• Establish success metrics and assess the value generated by the developed products.

• Ensure the quality, observability, reliability, and governance of data products.

• Act as a technical reference for the team regarding Data Products and Artificial Intelligence subjects.

• Quickly prototype new solutions and conduct business experiments.

• Link the company's strategic goals with practical opportunities for AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end projects independently.

• Familiarity with developing applications utilizing LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).

• Extensive understanding of RAG architectures and context retrieval techniques.

• Experience in constructing autonomous agents and multi-agent systems (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents).

• Strong expertise in advanced Python and SQL programming.

• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• A solid product sense.

• Background in business metrics, impact analysis, and the development of data products.
